Digital Image Processing

Description

In Fall 2020, I enrolled in EE371Q Digital Image Processing under Dr. Alan Bovik. In this course, I developed an appreciation and understanding for classical and modern image processing techniques. Some of my favorite topics included modules over 2D frequency domain analysis, image compression, and information theory. Below are links to homework submissions related to these topics, as well as a course project where my group developed a basic video processing application to guide a user while playing Billiards.

Structural Similarity Index Measure

Binary Images and Lossy Compression

Identifying Regions of Interest for Ball / Cue Classification

Predicting Billiard Ball Trajectories
